Sebagai sekolah inklusi, Sekolah Cikal melalui lini Pendidikan Inklusi Cikal senantiasa memberikan pendampingan berupa akomodasi belajar dan modifikasi kurikulum menyesuaikan kebutuhannya serta mengasah pengembangan diri anak, termasuk fungsi kognitif dan fungsionalnya yang dapat diterapkan langsung dalam keseharian anak bersama orang tua di rumah dan di luar sekolah.

hal kedua yang dilakukan oleh sekolah inklusi dalam hal ini Sekolah Cikal adalah dengan mendampingi proses pemetaan minat bakat anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus serta kehadirkan konseling berkala bersama anak dengan psikolog, atau pendidik berkebutuhan khusus.

Semua murid Cikal pada jenjang SMA akan mengikuti tes minat dan bakat dan konseling. Dalam hal ini, kami percaya dengan program-program yang kami miliki, kami bisa memberikan dukungan belajar bagi murid kebutuhan khusus dengan optimal sesuai dengan kebutuhan khususnya.”
Ketiga, Mengikuti Program Magang Bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus
Hal ketiga adalah mengikut sertakan anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam program magang sesuai minat dan bakatnya. Program magang Pendidikan Inklusi Cikal merupakan program yang diinisiasi untuk pengembangan keterampilan dan potensi anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus di Sekolah Cikal sebagai bagian dari persiapan karir anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus.
Kehadiran program magang ini tentu berkaitan erat dengan proses pemetaan minat bakat serta konseling yang dilakukan bersama anak-anak, guru dan orang tua. Proses pemetaan nantinya akan menghasilkan rekomendasi kegiatan magang yang dapat dipilih di luar sekolah atau di dalam sekolah dengan tujuan akhir mengasah keterampilan baik itu komunikasi dan kolaborasi untuk pendidikan lanjutan yang cocok sesuai minatnya.
